Our four beautifully converted, one bedroom, self contained apartments have been meticulously designed to combine affordable luxury with contemporary flair, whilst celebrating the original architecture of each building with their ancient wooden beams and exposed stone walls. Each barn has a slightly different look and feel, and caters for the comfort of modern living.

We aim to offer guests an outstanding experience whether it be for a getaway, visiting family or a business trip.

Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate, Thornbury or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury.

We are also blessed to have a lovely traditional pub right next door and a very good Indian restaurant just 5 mins walk down the road.

Partridge

The 'Centrepiece' of the Barn with it's grand chandelier and balcony bedroom overlooking the lounge.

Dovecote

Taking it's name from the traditional 'Dovecote' built into the face of the barn and with some beautiful features incorporated into the design.

Annex

Attached to the main house, the self contained Annex is a spacious apartment with double height lounge, modern kitchen and views of the surrounding countryside.

Swallow's Nest

The most compact of our four apartments but is still perfectly appointed and still benefits from some beautiful period features and the luxuries that matter during your stay.
